Our IP is solid. We have an umbrella patent that covers the use of any adhesive to obtain and analyze RNA in humans or animals for any purpose. We have filed a patent for a 17-gene classifier that distinguishes a melanoma from a non-melanoma lesion prior to biopsy. In addition, we have filed a patent for an index that can determine “skin age”.
